Backup your Databases using the built-in backup capability.

Using the built-in backup facility makes it easier than ever to back up your data.  Each database remembers its own backup location.  Each backed up database is date-time stamped so you don't inadverantly lose data residing in a previously backed up database.

Database Cloning

Database Cloning is a great feature that allows you to make a separate copy of your database.

If you find that your database has both financial information and family photos, you might clone the database (to MyFinances) and then delete all of the family photos.  

Document Tagging

Create ‘Tags’ such as ‘Computer Receipts’ or ‘Pictures Of My Pet’ and assign them to your files and emails.  Then use the powerful “Search by Tags” feature to rapidly locate all of your ‘Computer Receipts’.  Document Tagging allows you even greater flexibility in the way you organize and retrieve your files.
